Dr. Jarrett Williams

Dr. Williams was first introduced to chiropractic at the early age of 12 after constantly feeling lower back tightness while playing hockey. His parents thought that it would be a good idea to go see the local chiropractor and he was amazed with the relief it gave him. From that day forward, chiropractic was his first choice for musculoskeletal injuries.

He attended the University of Toronto from 2012-2016, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology with Honours. He then went on to further his studies and obtain his doctorate from New York Chiropractic College, graduating with honours in 2020.

Growing up in nearby Westport, Ontario, Dr. Williams was an avid hockey and baseball player. He played his minor hockey career for the Rideau St. Lawrence Kings “AA” and Upper Canada Cyclones “AAA” organizations. He then went on to play Junior hockey for the Westport Rideaus and Smiths Falls bears, before finishing his career with the University of Toronto Varsity Blues.

Dr. Jarrett first started his baseball career playing little league for the hometown Perth Royals before graduating to the Brockville Bunnies. Once hockey started to take up most of his time, he then switched to fast pitch softball playing for the Napanee Express. During his time there, he was able to win 2 silver medals at the Canadian Nationals along with being named to the all tournament team for best 3rd basemen.

Dr. Williams specializes in manual manipulation of the spine and extremities, muscle and trigger point release using ART (Active Release Therapy), activator, and kineseo taping. It is his goal to treat all members of the community in an individualistic manner that optimizes overall health, recovery and quality of life.

Dr. Kelly Johnson

I first was introduced to chiropractic when I was 18 years old. I did a very messy face plant while water skiing and couldn’t turn my neck the next day. My father had been seeing a chiropractor at the time so he took me to see her. She got my neck mobile again and introduced me to my future career. I will forever be thankful to Dr. Patricia Spratt.

After graduating from Gloucester High School in 1986, I went to Queen’s University, started in Biology and switched to Life Sciences in second year. I graduated with Honours in 1990. In September, it was off to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where I spent the next 4 years. In May, 1994 I graduated with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree Summa Cum Laude with Clinic Honours.

On June 4, 1994 I married my husband, Stephen and later that month, joined Dr. Kathy Wickens’ practice in Perth. I associated with her for the next 8 years and worked part time while I had my three beautiful children, Matthew, Rachel and Seth. In March 2002, I got brave and ventured out on my own to create Johnson Chiropractic Clinic. I spent 10 years downtown on Foster St. and now currently serve patients at Williams Chiropractic & Wellness on Herriot Street (Unit 10A).

I believe we are all created with our own gifts and talents. If we are healthy in body, mind and spirit our potential is unlimited. For this reason, I have searched and taken a wide variety of courses that can offer people hope for recovery and renewal of these three aspects of health. My mission is to minimize the Dis-Ease of the nervous system caused by trauma, toxins and thoughts and to maximize well-being. Williams Chiropractic & Wellness offers a variety of services and techniques because everyone is unique and heals in their own way.

In February, 2017, I realized a goal of mine to become an animal chiropractor. So now, I have extended my services to include small animals at Johnson Chiropractic Animal Clinic. So much fun and so rewarding! I love my job!
