Fred Shepherd, Registered Massage Therapist

After working in the radio industry for over a decade, Fred became a Registered Massage  Therapist (RMT) in the summer of 2012. Starting at Elgin Massage in Ottawa, he has been  treating people throughout Perth and the Ottawa Valley since.

Fred was born in Dunnville, a small town in southern Ontario. He moved to Ottawa in the mid  90’s, and has been mostly in eastern Ontario since. Fred and his wife Gail live in Lanark with a  small collection of furry animals, and his daughter lives in Ottawa. In his spare time, Fred likes  to play hockey, golf, and read (and occasionally make his wife crazy).

As a RMT, Fred takes much pride in his profession. He feels that Massage Therapy can really  make a positive difference in a person’s life and when combined with a chiropractic treatment by Dr. Jarrett or Dr. Kelly , can help alleviate whatever condition brings a person in to the clinic.

Fred has been at Williams Chiropractic & Wellness (Johnson Chiropractic) since 2018, and looks forward to working with Dr. Jarrett, Dr. Kelly,  Jarrett, Sheryl and Connie for many years to come.

Fred offers mobile and in-office appointments. To reserve an appointment with Fred, please call 613-883-7553 l 613-883-7553 or or e-mail fredjshepherd@gmail.com.
